So, if you absolutely must have my C.V., here it is. Read it carefully! I have mercifully abbreviated it for you. This represents two days' worth of typing and formatting, not to mention the HTML and CSS unique to this page and this page alone. (I give and I give...) I even had to look stuff up in my files.
